Vanity Petal Stitch Sweater

This is an absolutely wonderful little cap sleeve number with a small petal stitch throughout. The listing is for a digital download of a vintage knitting pattern, taken from the Patons & Baldwins Knitting Book No. 210. This book is from the early 1940s and featured various women’s clothing items, mostly sweaters and jackets. 

The size is for a 34-35 inch bust. 

Materials required:

• 6 ozs Patons Beehive Crepe. This wool can be substituted with modern materials to achieve a gauge of 8 stitches to the inch in width. 
• Knitting needles size UK 10/3.25mm.
• Knitting needles size UK 12/2.75mm.  
• Medium size crochet hook. 
• 4 buttons.
