This listing is for a PDF digital download for two vintage patterns (one knitted and one crochet), a matching sweater and granny square skirt. The book this pattern is taken from appears to be c. 1960s. This book is taken from Crochet Book No. 2 by Willawool.
The finished sweater measures a 32/34/36 inch bust, and the finished skirt waist measurement can be adjusted easily as the pattern requests as many granny squares as fits your own measurements comfortably.
Materials required for sweater:
- 7-8 balls Villawool Starlite Crepe, or similar wool to achieve 15 stitches to 2 inches
- No 11/3mm knitting needles
Materials required for skirt:
- Villawool Speediknit or Argyll: 6 balls colour 1 (bright pink), 7 balls colour 2 (light pink), 6 balls colour 3 (lime), 15 balls colour 4 (navy).
- Aero crochet hook no. 9/5.5mm
- Elastic and ribbon for waste
