Lighter Moments Lace Sweater

This is a vintage knitting pattern for a jumper with puffed sleeves, a sweet tie at the neck, and lace patterns across the sleeves and body of the jumper. The pattern is taken from Sun Glo series 47. This book is from the 1940s and featured women’s garments, mostly sweaters and tops. 

This pattern is made to fit a 32-34 inch bust.

Materials required:

• 6-8 skeins Sun-Glo Shrinkproof 3-ply fingering weight wool. This wool can be substituted with modern materials to achieve a gauge of 7 stitches x 9 rows for 1 x 1 inches. 
• Knitting needles size UK 10/3.25mm.
• Knitting needles size UK 12/2/75mm. 
• 1 crochet hook.
